It’s been six years, yes, six whole years since Vancouver-based Black Mountain released an album. That’s a long time since we’ve heard the Canadians. They’re gearing up to finally released their latest LP, called IV, and they’ve already shared ‘Mothers of the Sun,’ but their latest effort is even better. Mostly because it’s accompanied by an epic video.

Well, you’ve got to have a pretty impressive video if you’re going to call your latest effort ‘Florian Saucer Attack.’ And yeah, it involves aliens. The slice of psych rock by way of goth gets an animated video courtesy of Chad Van Gaalen and it chronicles the everyday life of an alien. Because of course it does.
